Job Title:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Team Lead to oversee production workflows, optimize team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Task Management: Manage content tasks in project management tools, ensuring accurate tracking and updates; monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates; maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.
  • Process Optimization: Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows in collaboration tools, track content targets, provide regular reports, and identify areas for improvement; manage team PTO schedules and implement contingency plans to maintain content production.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment; collaborate with editorial, marketing, and cross-functional teams; use AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow automation.
Requirements:
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment
  • Ability to set and enforce deadlines, ensuring timely content delivery
