We're seeking a visionary IT and Network Strategist to lead our organization's digital transformation.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, using Microsoft 365 tools to drive business outcomes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to align knowledge management practices with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.

Key Responsibilities include designing and implementing an organization-wide knowledge management strategy, creating and maintaining policies and procedures for effective knowledge sharing, collaborating with external vendors, and managing small to medium-sized IT projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
  • 24 years of experience in IT knowledge management or related discipline, with focus on privacy and security
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Flow, Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics)
  • Microsoft certification(s) preferred

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring a strong commitment to end-user support, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering training and presenting technical concepts to non-technical users.

Work timings are from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with on-site work mode. Experience in writing policies, process mapping, and workflow design is highly valued.
