Job Title: Customer Service Expertise ProviderWe partner with e-commerce brands to deliver exceptional sales and customer support.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely support via live chat, email, SMS, and phone.
  • Recommend products and assist in purchase decisions.
  • Manage order inquiries, including shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
  • Update CRM tools and track customer interactions accurately.
  • Represent e-commerce brands in a way that reflects their tone and values.
  • Share customer feedback to improve sales processes.

In this role, you will work independently in a remote environment. You will use platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools.

You need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and be comfortable using a personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher, and a stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.

Responsibilities may also include identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to meet performance goals.
