Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of paid advertising across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

This role will be responsible for strategizing, launching, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering ROI-positive campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms to meet performance goals (e.g. ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  2. Plan and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns, including audience research, ad copy/design briefing, budgeting, and reporting.
  3. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative variation, and keyword analysis.
  4. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and lead quality.
  5. Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, providing regular performance updates and actionable insights.
  6. Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms, tracking tools (Google Analytics), and conversion funnels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in ad copywriting, audience targeting, and creative briefing.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with other ad platforms (LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube).
  • Experience with CRM tools and email marketing funnels.
