Job Title: Account Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling accounting functions, regulatory compliance, and financial communication.

The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks. This includes recording and managing daily expenses and petty cash disbursements, preparing and verifying invoices, maintaining financial records and ledgers, and coordinating with clients for timely payment follow-ups and issue resolution.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly expense reports for management, assisting in internal and external audits, and handling all documentation and reporting related to SECP, FBR, and other regulatory bodies.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. A solid understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and regulatory filings is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and manage daily expenses and petty cash disbursements
  • Prepare, verify, and issue invoices to clients
  • Maintain financial records, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
  • Coordinate with clients for timely payment follow-ups and issue resolution
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly expense reports for management
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Handle all documentation and reporting related to SECP, FBR, and other regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and regulatory filings
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
