Job Title: Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to join our sales and marketing team at the head office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive customer acquisition.
  2. Create engaging marketing campaigns to promote sales targets and grow the customer base.
  3. Design and implement effective customer engagement strategies, leveraging storytelling, surveys, and content creation.
  4. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team through regular check-ins and performance evaluations.
  5. Collaborate with the social media team to create and schedule content for online platforms.
  6. Verify the authenticity of website content and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  7. Maintain market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decisions.
  8. Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a history of exceeding and meeting sales targets.
  3. Familiarity with digital marketing principles and practices.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  5. Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading departments and driving results.
  6. Creativity and innovation, with the ability to develop new ideas and approaches.
  7. Self-motivation, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
