About the Role

We are looking for an experienced customer service team manager to lead our team and drive results. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Main Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  2. Leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality service and achieve sales targets;
  3. Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  4. Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements;
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive;

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An MBA, MPA, or equivalent Masters degree; one year minimum outbound call center experience as a Team Lead from a well-reputed call center;
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public;
  • Mathematical skills, including the application of advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations;
  • Reasoning ability, with the capacity to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
