Job Overview

This is a critical role within our engine maintenance operations team, requiring a high level of expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Main Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement comprehensive understanding of engine maintenance operations, aligning with customer commitments and production planning objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the primary interface for leadership inquiries regarding engine status, raising critical items or requests for assistance to the program team or leadership as needed.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of investigations or repairs in accordance with TAT and cost commitments.
  • Evaluating initial workscope and extensions to ensure compliance with established processes and program guidelines.
  • Fostering collaboration between customers and our MRO network by coordinating communications and customer requirements.
  • Organizing customer visits to the facility.
  • Validating the passage of industrial gates.
  • Monitoring invoicing delays and ensuring adherence to quality standards in line with contractual obligations.
  • Developing and implementing risk analysis and mitigation plans for wing-to-wing maintenance operations.
  • Optimizing engine maintenance costs to enhance contract profitability.
  • Resolving commercial disputes with customers through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Identifying and implementing lessons learned and best practices for efficient stakeholder hand-offs.
RequirementsEssential Skills:
  • Effective project management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Cross-cultural experience and adaptability.
Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.

Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, engineering, or customer service within the aerospace industry, specifically on CFM56/Leap engines.
  • Preferred 8+ years of experience in similar roles within the MRO aerospace industry.
  • Technical knowledge of aircraft engines.
