This role involves leading the Digital Marketing portfolio, ensuring the smooth operation of Corporate websites, Microsites & Applications. The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing incidents, problems, changes, releases, and operational readiness. Effective communication and integration with Sales and Marketing key users are crucial for this position.

The successful candidate will have 10-14 years' experience in managed services, with a strong background in Application support, maintenance, development, and service delivery manager roles. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, PIM, Marketo, and integrations with other enterprise applications or CRM systems is required.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in JavaScript, Adobe AEM, Frontend Technologies like HTML, jQuery, JSON, Sightly, JSP, XML, AJAX & SPA with AngularJS & React. Familiarity with AEM core functionalities, including Components, Core Components, Editable templates, Content and Experience fragments, DAM, MSM, Localization, Multilingual Translation, Sling Mapping & Cloud technologies like Scene 7, Adobe analytics, SFDC, Clay Tablet, is also necessary.
