Job Description:

  1. Content Strategy and Optimization:

We require a candidate with extensive experience in managing YouTube channels, with a strong understanding of YouTube's platform, algorithms, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing and maintaining successful brand channels.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content programming strategy that closely aligns with both channel and audience needs.

This includes ensuring high-quality video content and artwork align with brand strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Optimization & SEO:

The chosen candidate will oversee the optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall channel visibility.

Advanced Tool Utilization:

The ideal candidate will leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilizing YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools, the selected individual will monitor, analyze, and improve content performance, making data-driven decisions to adapt to market changes quickly.

Competitive Strategy:

The chosen candidate will continuously monitor and analyze competitor channels and other market trends, using insights to refine channel management and creative strategies, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.

Staying Updated:

The ideal candidate will keep up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.
