We are seeking a Sales Expert to drive growth through new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the sales efforts for lubricants and greases in assigned markets, ensuring product offerings align with customer requirements.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, providing high-quality service and solutions.
  3. Negotiate deals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profitability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Provide market insights and competitive analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or Business).
  2. 2-3 years of experience in oil & gas, shipping, or power sector, with a proven track record in sales or business development.
  3. Strong selling and negotiation skills to influence and close high-value deals.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients at various levels.
  5. Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and projects.
  6. Able to build long-term business relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
