Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of success in project planning, team supervision, data validation, progress tracking, process improvement, presentation, regulatory compliance, accounting coordination, research prioritization, solution development, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive research projects to meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee daily team activities to ensure productivity, monitor CRM system data entries, and provide guidance as needed.
  • Data Validation: Verify property data integrity, including pictures, videos, maps, and dealer details, to maintain data quality standards.
  • Progress Tracking: Regularly assess project progress, report to management, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing methodologies and develop new processes to optimize results and meet business objectives.
  • Presentation: Effectively communicate research findings to management, using clear and concise language.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant state and federal regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethics.
  • Accounting Coordination: Collaborate with the accounting department to facilitate payment processing and grant approvals.
  • Staying Current: Stay updated on the latest research tools and techniques to maintain expertise and competitiveness.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly analyze and resolve research issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Negotiation and Scheduling: Engage in cost negotiations and schedule management activities to optimize results.
  • Research Prioritization: Work with management to determine research priorities and develop a research roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Solution Development: Identify key challenges and develop effective solutions to address them.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that research deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements, upholding excellence in all aspects.
