Senior SEO Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to join our team in the medical instruments, surgical instruments, and veterinary products industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, with expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies tailored to the medical instruments and veterinary products market.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website structure, content, and keyword targeting.
  2. Conduct on-page SEO audits and make necessary changes to improve search engine rankings.
  3. Build and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and partnerships.
  4. Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new code and existing code.
  5. Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to content creation.
  6. Conduct extensive keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content.
  7. Use SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track and analyze performance.
  8. Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and adjust ours accordingly.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and search engine updates.
  10. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the medical instruments, surgical instruments, or veterinary products sectors.
  3. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
