Sales and Marketing Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing and implementing sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to junior sales team members, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior sales team members.
  • Contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A BBA/MBA in Sales and Marketing degree is required.
  • 5 years of experience in the same industry.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence, tact, and a persuasive and professional manner.
  • Good organizational business sense, time management skills, and ability to work to budgets.
  • Good people skills for working with a range of colleagues and clients.
  • Capable of leading and motivating the team.
  • A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure.
