Sales Pipeline Builder

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a robust sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our long-term vision.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Outbound Lead Generation: Run email marketing and LinkedIn campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive the sales process forward.
- Lead Qualification: Utilize your keen eye for market trends to qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential fit for our GoSaaS services.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics that drive results and exceed targets.
- Cold Calling and Emailing: Conduct warm/cold calling and emailing activities to set up appointments and engage with potential clients.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in North America Market: Proven track record of working with North America-based clients and teams is essential for this role.
- Outbound Lead Generation Expertise: Experience running email marketing and LinkedIn campaigns to generate high-quality leads is crucial.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools is necessary to manage sales activities and track progress.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. If you have experience working in Account Executive roles, conducting discovery calls with clients, and responding to large RFPs in the US/Canadian market, it's a plus.
