We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented data analyst to work with us and contribute to our success. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Looker Studio will enable you to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders and drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recovery staff performance, resident invoices, and inventory tracking.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Automate data processing tasks using MS Excel and Google Sheets for efficiency.
  • Analyze CRM reports, filter data, and provide accurate analysis.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support different departments with data-driven insights.
  • Maintain high-quality data accuracy and integrity.
  • Update data repositories in Google Sheets and Excel to ensure data is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a similar role.
