Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of franchises within a specific area, promoting efficient operation and adherence to guidelines.
  • Nurture strong relationships with major clients, acting as the main point of contact for seamless communication.
  • Discover and capitalize on fresh business prospects to broaden the company's reach.
  • Assist new businesses and corporations in joining the network, tracking their performance using established criteria.

Responsibilities:

Main Duties:
  • Supervise franchise operations to ensure consistency with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain regular interaction with the field staff and internal teams.
  • Optimize operational procedures to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing disturbances.

Requirements:

  • Candidates will undergo a three-year contractual arrangement, renewable upon necessity.
  • A six-month probationary period will be enforced.
  • The organization retains the right to approve or decline applications without providing a cause.
  • Only selected applicants will be contacted for evaluation/interview.
  • Candidates must produce Health Clearance and Character certificates.
  • A 'No Objection Certificate' from current employers is mandatory.
