Commercial Territory Sales Manager
">We are seeking an experienced Commercial Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets in their assigned territory, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
">The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 16 years of education, preferably with a Master's degree from a renowned university. They should also have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a large national or multinational organization.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and exploiting new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Ensure that all products are displayed and sold on OGRA announced rates, with 100% correct Quality and Quantity, and no adulteration.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor outlet sales and housekeeping, and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Facilitate dealer training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Ability to understand sales functional areas, including Sales Development, Customer Relationship, and Distribution Handling.
