Program Manager


Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the development and execution of faculty workshops, symposia, conferences, and other educational programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the planning and execution of faculty development workshops, symposia, conferences, and other educational programs.
  • Coordinate committee meetings for Medical Education core projects, including drafting meeting minutes.
  • Understand policies and procedures related to HEC, PSF, and other extramural granting agencies.
  • Design and evaluate curricula for undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.
  • Maintain archives of faculty development events supported or organized by IIMC.
  • Prepare reports on events and activities.

Requirements
a) Minimum Age: 25 years
b) Minimum Formal Qualification / Education: MBA, Master in Computer Sciences or Statistics, BBA, Bachelor's in Education or any Science
c) Minimum job-related experience required: Three years
d) Any specific job-related skills required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds, excellent computer skills including Office Word and Excel, and electronic mail.
