Job Title: Learning Development Professional

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery and management of ongoing professional learning initiatives for our workforce.

  • This role is focused on enhancing employee capabilities through targeted CPD programs, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and career growth is actively supported.
About This Role:

Ideal for individuals passionate about long-term learning strategies and career development, this role will work closely with internal teams to promote a continuous learning culture.

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of CPD programs across departments.
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities.
  • Work with internal trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules.
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials.
  • Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards.
  • Gather feedback on CPD sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry and regulatory CPD requirements.
  • Assist in integrating CPD initiatives with the organization's broader learning and development strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications or CPD-related training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus.
