About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Call Center Supervisor to oversee our night-shift International Outbound Campaign operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, driving performance metrics, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise and mentor a team of call center representatives to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and overall efficiency.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize call center processes, improve workflows, and minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT services or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Schedule
