About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Call Center Team Lead / Sales & Marketing Specialist to manage a team of 40 agents. This role involves overseeing both inbound and outbound call operations, ensuring performance targets are met, maintaining high customer service standards, and contributing to marketing strategies that drive business results.
You'll play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our call center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
1:Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 40 call center agents to consistently meet sales and service targets.
2:Manage daily task assignments, monitor agent performance, and provide regular feedback.
3:Organize training sessions focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
4:Implement effective performance metrics and incentive programs to keep the team motivated.
Inbound & Outbound Call Management
1:Oversee all inbound inquiries, sales calls, and customer service requests.
2:Plan and manage outbound telemarketing, lead generation, and follow-up campaigns to drive sales.
3:Review and refine call scripts, workflows, and CRM processes to improve efficiency.
4:Ensure full compliance with UK telemarketing regulations including TPS, GDPR, and OFCOM guidelines.
Sales & Marketing Strategy
1:Contribute to the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns to increase lead generation and conversions.
2:Analyze call data, market trends, and customer feedback to improve sales approaches.
3:Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Operational Management
1:Ensure smooth day-to-day call center operations, including workforce scheduling, call routing.
2:Handle escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
3: Maintain high standards of quality assurance across all customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in call center management, sales, or telemarketing (preferably in the UK or US market).
Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams (30+ agents).
Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound call strategies, lead generation, and CRM tools such as (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
Familiarity with UK/US telemarketing compliance regulations (TPS, GDPR, OFCOM).
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
A background in digital, email, or social media marketing would be an added advantage.
