Job Role

The role entails delivering exceptional patient care by providing top-notch services to patients and customers alike.

This includes scheduling appointments, ensuring smooth clinic operations through timely confirmations and cancellations, answering phone calls promptly, guiding patients for diagnostic tests preparation, coordinating with doctors for clinical summaries, and taking care of necessary dispatches.

Additionally, the role involves managing appointment schedules for doctors before clinic start time, ensuring the clinic area is properly arranged, receiving cash from patients for services provided as per the fee structure, and submitting Daily Revenue reports.

Also, creating new patient medical records after seeking necessary information, providing medical record cards, coordinating with nursing staff for addressing day-to-day clinic problems, and managing patient queries and problems to ensure smooth clinic functioning.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Calm and composed under stress.
  • Proven problem-solving skills using creative and critical thinking.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
