Job Summary:

The Group Director Solution Engineering is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the solution engineering team, overseeing technical design and architecture of complex systems, and ensuring alignment with market trends, customer demands, and company capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall solution engineering strategy to ensure technical excellence, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance to the team on complex technology solution designs, ensuring technical expertise and a deep understanding of global and regional ICT market trends.
  • Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for technical solutions, sales support, and customer success, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the enablement and professional development of technical and sales support teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and customer-centricity.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a relevant discipline is required; a master's degree is an advantage.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive techno-commercial experience and a proven track record in technology sales, service delivery, project and product management.
