Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement and Project Coordination
  2. Ensure seamless client communication, project planning, and execution.
  3. Business Development and Documentation
  4. Develop vital business development documents, including project proposals, sales materials, and marketing content.
  5. Status Meetings and Liaison
  6. Conduct regular status meetings with clients and act as liaison between the client and project team.
  7. Team Management and Client Interaction
  8. Lead and manage day-to-day client interaction, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  9. Project Standards and Methodology
  10. Ensure adherence to project standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  11. Project Implementation and Management
  12. Manage project teams and related activities through all project phases, resolving issues and mitigating risks.
  13. Project Scope, Budget, and Resources
  14. Manage project scope, resources, and change control process, developing detailed project plans.
  15. Analysis, Design, Testing, and Training
  16. Support clients with requirements definition, project planning, analysis, design, testing, system documentation, and user training.
  17. Relationships and Expectations Management
  18. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations and analyzing vendor products.
  19. Status Reports and Business Knowledge
  20. Provide periodic status reports and develop business knowledge of processes, applications, customer needs, and priorities.

  2. Foster a culture of growth and quality, ensuring products meet high standards through effective testing and feedback mechanisms.
