About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer service professional to join our team. In this role, you will handle large volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customers' concerns, promoting a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, utilizing established protocols and communication scripts as needed.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide tailored solutions or alternatives.
  • Maintain high-quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures as necessary.
  • Foster sustainable customer relationships by going above and beyond expectations.
  • Meet personal and team targets for qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of customer service experience or relevant background.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of telephone systems and related equipment.
  • Understanding of customer service standards and procedures.
  • Ability to verify data input and correct errors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
