About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated offshore Business Development Representative to play a key role in expanding our business reach. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying leads and being the first line of communication with potential clinics, hospitals, and businesses needing mental health services for their patients and employees. The primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and initiate meaningful conversations that generate new business opportunities. This is an onsite night shift position (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Pakistan Time, aligned with Central Standard Time - CST), requiring excellent written communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills.
- Cold calling; execute a high volume of outbound calls to initiate contact with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Identify and target potential clients or partners for business development.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead activities in the CRM system.
- Continuously follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or admin support.
- Proven track record in outbound sales or business development, with a focus on cold calling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in managing appointment schedules and patient information.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information and privacy.
- Night shift role: Onsite 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan Time (Central Standard Time - CST).
