The role of Hematology Specialist requires a skilled professional with a passion for delivering high-quality clinical laboratory services. The Main Responsibilities of this role include:
- Sign out of complex cases, providing expert advice to clinicians, and contributing to departmental meetings and discussions.
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring internal and external quality control of all tests.
- Supervising staff, assessing their performance, and communicating with patients, relatives, and peers.

The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of post-fellowship experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to audiences of varying expertise.
