Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to administer and maintain NetSuite ERP systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Maintain the NetSuite platform, focusing on user roles, permissions, and system security within the Administration module.
  • Customization: Design and implement customizations using SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow to enhance system functionality.
  • Workflow Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows and automation to streamline core business processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, reporting).
  • System Maintenance: Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance in a cloud-based environment.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, Sales) to assess needs and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues related to integrations, custom scripts, or user experience.
  • Data Governance: Support data governance, security policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with NetSuite Support and external partners for issue resolution and product enhancements.
  • User Support: Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support for end-users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, specifically in administration and system customization.
