System Management Job Summary:

The IT department at our organization seeks a skilled ERP System Manager to oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our enterprise resource planning system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative processes, collaborating with department heads and end-users, and designing, implementing, and maintaining our networking infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain ERP systems to ensure efficient administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads and end-users to identify requirements and streamline business processes.
  • Design, implement, and maintain our networking infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security protocols.
  • Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions, to ensure reliability, availability, and data protection.
  • Develop strategic plans, budgets, and roadmaps aligned with institutional goals and priorities.
  • Research emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in educational technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a higher education environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise resource planning systems, networking infrastructure, and system administration.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and networking technologies.
