Operations Finance Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial operations and drive process improvements.
- Task Management: Manage, organize, and monitor the progress of assigned tasks to ensure team members work efficiently to resolve issues and verify deliverables.
- Financial Reporting: Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking to analyze data for decision support.
- Leadership Support: Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews to provide status updates and keep supervisors informed of task accomplishment, issues, and progress.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a relevant degree or equivalent work experience, such as CA, CA Finalist, ACCA, or relevant degree/equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in financial regulations and accounting processes is required.
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
