Senior Financial Strategist

This role involves overseeing the financial management of multiple facilities, requiring an individual with extensive experience and strong leadership skills to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations for two or more factories, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve financial performance, driving growth and reducing costs through effective decision-making and resource allocation.

• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful achievement of goals and objectives.

• Analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions and optimize processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance overall financial health, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve common goals.

• Proven track record of driving financial growth, improving efficiency, and reducing costs through strategic planning and execution.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is highly desirable.
