Community Outreach Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization's communication strategy, developing compelling materials, and fostering partnerships.
- Develop high-quality communication materials, such as leaflets, brochures, policy briefs, and reports, to promote the organization's mission and objectives;
- Conduct research on public health issues, document findings, and provide data-driven insights to inform program development and implementation;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create customized reports, analyses, and presentations that showcase organizational activities and achievements;
- Represent the organization in advocacy working groups, meetings, workshops, seminars, training sessions, and briefing events, ensuring proper documentation and circulation of key updates;
- Design engaging presentations to highlight organizational initiatives and contribute to planning, development, and designing of all communication, promotional, and visibility materials;
- Assist in program planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting, and support management in operational matters as needed;
- Participate in regular internal and external program meetings, and perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Masters degree in a relevant field from a reputable national or international university;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity preferred;
- Exceptional writing, strong communication skills in English, and proficiency in computer use, especially MS Office;
- Energetic team player with a willingness to learn and develop professionally, strong work ethics, and values.
- This position is based in Islamabad with minimal travel (around 10%);
- 1-year contract with potential for extension based on performance and funding;
- Remuneration will be determined based on experience and salary history.
