  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospects through various channels such as chat, email, and calls.
  • You will leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram to identify and pursue potential prospects actively.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies for building a robust sales funnel through self-initiated outreach and networking.
  • Establish trust and rapport with prospects by maintaining ongoing communication to foster strong relationships.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Unified Communication and Cloud Communication services to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Create tailored proposals that address the specific needs and requirements of prospects, showcasing how our solutions can meet their challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Unified Communication and Cloud Communication services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Follow up proactively on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales.
  • Manage and track all aspects of the sales process using the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Cultivate existing relationships with customers and partners to explore cross-selling, upselling, and referral opportunities.
  • Proactively manage contract and license renewals for customers.

Requirements

  • You must be self-motivated and productive, able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, or VoIP/IP PBX services, is required.
  • Excellent technical communication skills are necessary to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth is essential.
  • Familiarity with formal education and certifications in relevant business, sales, and technical disciplines is beneficial.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills are required; bilingualism in French is an asset.
  • You must be willing to work during business hours in the US/Canada Eastern Time zone (EST/EDT).
