
Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering outstanding service and support
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, rates, and services offered
- Educate customers on shipping regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their shipments
- Enter and update customer information in the company database
- Support various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management systems
- Flexible to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends as required
