Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will provide exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering outstanding service and support
  2. Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, rates, and services offered
  3. Educate customers on shipping regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  5. Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their shipments
  6. Enter and update customer information in the company database
  7. Support various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management systems
  • Flexible to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends as required
