Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Scheduler to provide schedule and planning services for our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large-scale Construction projects within the Data Centre or similar project type.

  • Establish the project schedule management system with Project Manager, Project Director.
  • Work with project team to prepare the project schedule in different levels.
  • Prepare high-level scheduling report to steering committee for project schedule progress analysis.
  • Provide all key milestones with construction, procurement, and design team to align the key interface milestone, able to organize meeting to align and analyze timeline and gaps.
  • Coordinate the different teams to review/approve the schedule.
  • Instruct the key coordination dates for project execution to achieve the schedule alignment between different contractors.
  • Alert potential project delays.
  • Report project execution status in different forms for different purposes.

  • Creating plans that meet client needs, involving estimating time and resources required to complete the project.
  • Oversight of multiple tasks, ensuring project schedules are followed, and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
  • Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during projects.
  • Evaluating project risks and developing mitigation plans.
  • Analyzing project requirements, identifying potential setbacks, and devising effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CAD applications for designing and evaluating complex projects.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working on complex large-scale Construction projects within the Data Centre or similar project type.
  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze project requirements, identify potential setbacks, and devise effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CAD applications for designing and evaluating complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with project teams, stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
