Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in Excel, strong analytical skills, and good communication skills.

This is a work-from-home position that requires working 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), approximately from 5 PM to 3 AM (schedule may be readjusted as needed).

The scope of work includes:

  1. Bid comparison for materials and subcontractors
  2. Follow-ups with materials and contractors via email and phone calls
  3. Creating work schedules and material schedules using Excel/MS Project
  4. Cost analysis
  5. Drawing, BOQ, and quantities take-off
  6. Assisting with communication tasks related to finance, credit card billing, tax returns, and daily work issues
  7. Communicating over the phone with US-based contacts for material procurement and subcontractor follow-ups
  8. Managing personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements, ticket bookings, hotel reservations, etc.
  9. Real estate research for lands or homes in the US

Training will be provided, and we are open to candidates with varying levels of experience.

The employment will start with a probation period of 1 to 3 months, after which performance will be reviewed.
