**Job Description:**

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the promotion, planning, and project management of publicity materials to maximize brand promotion.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and collaborating with external PR teams to ensure their successful execution.
  • Developing new and innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan and project managing marketing events.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in the manufacturing, cement, or fertilization industry.
  • A degree in marketing or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are required.
  • The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dependability and attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
