IT Systems Engineer (Entry-Level)

Job Overview

Seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to join our team. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients' infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining solutions from concept to operations across various technologies, providing remote support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, attending virtual meetings to conduct technical analysis and review client requests, applying existing technical knowledge to learn new technologies and systems, researching and advising on technical solutions, and contributing to creating technical documentation.

We are looking for a candidate with a graduate degree in Electronics or Telecom Engineering, technical experience and aptitude in information and business systems, familiarity with IT and Telecom Infrastructure, strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to learn and research systems and technologies, and self-motivation.
