Job Description:
- Drive Sales Growth: Support teams to boost walk-up sales and ATM revenues.
- Improve Customer Service: Collaborate with leaders to elevate customer service levels at stores.
- People Management: Manage people, including coaching, performance-based rostering, annual leave management, retention, recruitment, and performance management.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and margins across the airport.

- Relationship Building: Manage local relationships (landlords, airports etc) – day-to-day operational account management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in foreign exchange or retail, with at least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management and financial acumen.
- Ability to uphold compliance with industry regulations.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
