Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced facilities coordinator to join our team.
This role involves providing administrative support to the office, including:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Maintaining and updating filing systems.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
You will also be responsible for preparing and proofreading documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, as well as acting as a liaison between departments.
