
Assistant Customer Service Lead

The Assistant Customer Service Lead will be responsible for leading and managing customer experience initiatives aimed at monitoring, evaluating and continuously enhancing customer satisfaction across voice and data services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer experience teams to ensure seamless and consistent customer experiences across all channels.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed customer feedback into service design and delivery processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in customer care/experience management, channel/market research or planning is preferred.
