About the Job

As a senior product manager, you will oversee the development and commercialization of innovative products in the neuropsychiatry sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create effective product strategies, launch plans, and lifecycle management initiatives.

  • You will develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans for new products, encompassing market research, positioning, and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends by conducting thorough competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with R&D teams to ensure timely and efficient product development from ideation to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and successful product registrations.
  • Create and manage product lifecycle management plans, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY OPINION LEADERS, HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, AND PATIENT GROUPS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER NEEDS ARE MET.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product training and promotional programs.
  • Monitor and report on product performance using data-driven insights to optimize product strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the neuropsychiatry market, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • A proven track record of developing and launching successful neuropsychiatry products.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Capacity to interpret clinical trial data and medical literature.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and forecasting.
