Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Share expertise and mentor team members to foster technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with Leads and Seniors to deliver exceptional software quality standards.
  • Promote best practices and coding standards across the organization.
  • Exhibit technical leadership by setting goals and guiding team efforts towards successful project completion.
  • Contribute to shaping our technical vision within your stream.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Hire top talent to build High Performing Teams and continually raise engineering standards.
  • Own business KPIs as a conduit to the Product team and business functions.
  • Be accountable for technical direction, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals.
  • Coach individuals to become future technical leaders.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 9 years of experience in software engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of Javascript and ReactJS.
  • Understanding of free and open-source web application frameworks like NextJS.
  • Experience with source code control, build processes, CI/CD, automated testing, and development processes.
  • Knowledge of creating highly scalable and available systems.
  • Good understanding of leadership, coaching, and mentoring principles.
  • Experience working on large-scale web products is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, and XP.
  • Understanding of good product, design, and UX principles.
  • Experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of next-generation web applications.
