Marketing Director Position

Job Description:

As a Marketing Director, you will lead our marketing efforts to drive revenue, brand awareness, and recruitment. You will develop and execute branding strategies aligned with company values and oversee all marketing campaigns (internal & external), including documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across various channels, including social media, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Manage performance marketing activities across paid social channels and create dashboards for reporting and visualization of marketing data.
  • Conduct research to generate marketing ideas aligned with company values and organizational understanding.
  • Maintain relationships with industry professionals, publications, and journalists, and coordinate attendance at industry events.
  • Represent the company at industry events for promotion and recruitment.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in various marketing domains.
  • Experience in agencies or FMCGs is a plus.
