Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation plans.
- Identify and engage with potential clients and influencers to generate high-quality leads.
- Utilize advanced search techniques and community engagement to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the industry.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales conversion on social media.
- Experience in community management and engagement is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using lead generation tools and CRM software.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their user communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
