Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruiting efforts and drive business growth through effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.

This role involves identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent using various resources, including job boards, social media, recruitment marketing, employee referrals, and the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Identify and develop a robust pipeline of potential candidates through targeted advertising, networking events, and database mining.
  • Job Description Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions that showcase our company culture and values.
  • Candidate Screening and Filtering: Utilize ATS and resume screening tools to filter out unqualified candidates and identify top talent for further evaluation.
  • Interview Coordination and Management: Coordinate logistics for interviews, ensure smooth candidate experiences, and maintain open communication with hiring managers.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Manage and optimize our ATS to streamline the recruitment process, reduce costs, and improve candidate experience.
  • Background Checks and Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding processes, conduct thorough background checks, and verify candidate qualifications.
  • Generalist Tasks and Company Training: Perform miscellaneous tasks as required, such as data entry, and participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy in all recruitment-related tasks.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making: Exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions to resolve complex recruitment challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Experience with ATS, recruitment software, and data analysis is highly desirable.
