We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain efficient use of resources to produce high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and be familiar with regulatory requirements, including compliance with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) and other relevant authorities.

In this role, you will work closely with the QA, QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams to achieve organizational goals.

Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

This position requires excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and product standards.

Note: Reliable transportation is not available for this role.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including formulation, compounding, mixing, granulation, coating, and packaging.
  • Ability to monitor product standards and implement quality procedures (QA/QC).
  • Familiarity with batch manufacturing records (BMR), SOPs, and validation protocols.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Possess a valid pharmacy license.
