Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Job Description
A key role in our organization is to ensure the smooth resolution of all issues at client sites. To achieve this, you will work closely with our internal teams, including SID, Engineering, and other departments, to resolve problems in a timely manner. This includes coordinating with key players onshore and offshore to maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure connectivity and engagement with client representatives at all levels of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities
• Manage Client Service Relationship and serve as the point of contact for all issues related to our services.
• Support the client through internal processes to execute timely deployments and/or ensure smooth operations.
• Submit status reports to management summarizing completed projects/tasks.
• Responsible for total incident ownership, managing all high and critical incidents.
• Manage and execute ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Required to visit clients twice a year.

Requirements
Above average skills in relational database management systems and ability to use SQL are required. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent teamwork skills, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority are essential. The ability to travel for assignments if required is also necessary.
