Key Account Manager / Technical Sales Manager

About the Role

The Key Account Manager / Technical Sales Manager will offer Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper-converged solutions, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, including Cloud Storage and backup solutions. The role involves engaging with C-level executives in the IT industry in the US and Canada to fulfill their project requirements using excellent presentation, communication, product knowledge, sales, closing skills, and team leadership.

Requirements
  • Engage actively in sales, pre-sales, solutions, and product offerings
  • Provide professional technical solutions to new and existing customers
  • Create and deliver technical presentations confidently in online sales meetings
  • Build productive internal and external relationships, focusing on teamwork and keeping colleagues updated on product information
  • Create compelling sales proposals with pricing and technical briefs
  • Coordinate documentation, datasheets, catalogs, etc., with customers
  • Follow up diligently with customers to close deals
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components is required
  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Data Center solutions is a plus
Skills

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, B2B IT product sales experience in the US, Canada, and EU markets, strong selling and closing skills, presentation abilities, technical knowledge, leadership, and team management skills.
